3. RETURN CONDITIONS
3.1. All the conditions published in this section refer to the purchase of products through the online platform https://linapparel.com owned by LIN LAYER with return address in Bucharest, sector 5, Sabinelor Street, no. 104, Romania.
3.2. Any purchased product can be replaced without paying additional charges (return shipping cost) only if it does not meet the parameters of the initiated order (color/material/size).
3.3. If a purchased product has a manufacturing defect, it can be replaced by another within the available stock limit and the product’s value will be refunded in full as account funds, only when the product will be returned and inspected by us.
3.4. If the purchased product is a gift and it does not fit, the person in cause may request the reimbursement of the product’s value, only after returning it to the manufacturer; the amount will be available as credit to a new order through a discount code applied before completing a new order.
3.5. Any product change will attract delivery fees supported by the client and will be accepted only if the product does not show traces of use or stains, has the label intact and the smell of the material is not impregnated with other essentials, then the value of the returned product will be allocated in the account funds as a credit for a new purchase.
3.6. Any product can be returned within a max of three business days from the delivery date under the abovementioned conditions.
